Travel Nurse Recruiter
Our recruiters are responsible for building long-term relationships with our travel nurses while helping them travel to "the assignments they want, when they want."

    • Qualify nurses for travel nursing assignments by prospecting over the phone and via email ( 75 – 100 warm outbound calls/day )

    • Build travel nurse client base

    • Maintain travel nurse client base by providing superior service and support

    • Two years sales experience

    • Outstanding rapport and relationship building skills

    • Excellent communication skills

    • Multi-tasking

    • Strong computer skills with MS Office products and the internet

    • Ability to overcome objections

    • Goal orientated

    • Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding objectives

    • We pay a competitive base salary plus monthly commissions that rewards recruiters for the placements they make each month and for maintaining and building their book of business (residually).  Average 1st year compensation is between $55K-$75K.

Hospital Account Manager (HAM)

Our HAM’s are responsible for managing our hospital clients, getting travel nurse job orders, submitting travel nurse profiles for interview, and booking those travel nurses submitted for interviews with the hospital.

    • Submit travel nurse profiles that match our hospital clients’ job orders and manage the process from submission to start date.

    • Renew travel nurses that wish to do so by consistently marketing them to the hospital throughout the length of the assignment.

    • Provide exceptional client service

    • 2-3 years of inside selling and customer service experience

    • Superior closing skills

    • Outstanding rapport and relationship building skills

    • Excellent communication skills

    • Multi-tasking

    • Strong computer skills with MS Office products and the internet

    • Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding objectives
