AbettaCare makes it easy to join our family of Travel Nurses. Once you begin to work with one of our friendly Travel Nurse Recruiters, you will be venturing into one of the most exciting times of your professional career.  The end result will be a long-lasting professional relationship and friendship with AbettaCare for years to come!

In order to interview for one of AbettaCare’s exciting travel nursing assignments, we need your help. Our hospital clients require some basic information from you to get started such as a profile application and work history, skills checklist in the specialty in which you are applying, (2) supervisory references, and copies of your nursing license and certifications.  Once we have this information, we will create a file on your behalf readying us to submit you to the travel nursing assignment of your choice at just the click of a button.

We will not submit you for a travel nursing assignment without your permission.

References/Performance Evaluation

AbettaCare requires a minimum of (2) supervisor or charge nurse references from your most recent clinical experiences. You can find the appropriate reference/performance evaluation forms by clicking HERE.

Credentials

Fax us copies (front & back) of the following credentials via AbettaCare’s toll free fax number: (866) 895-4856. If you know your travel nurse recruiters name, please be sure to include it on your fax cover sheet.

• Nursing Licenses

• Certifications

• Driver License

• Social Security Card

Immunization Records

Fax us copies of the following immunization records via AbettaCare’s toll free fax number: (866) 895-4856. These basic requirements are what the hospitals need us to provide them with prior to your start date.

• Measles (Rubeola), Mumps, & Rubella Titers and/or record of (2) MMR vaccinations

• Hepatitis B titer, series of shots, or booster and/or Hepatitis B Declination Form

• Varicella titer or vaccination or signed physician record stating past disease

• PPD within the last 12 months or Chest X-ray with proof of positive PPD

• Physician Statement within the last 12 months
